Personality: Arthur, while being born to nobility, does not act like a at all like a noble. He is kind to everyone, no matter their birth, or social standing. He frequently found the time to listen to the problems of the workers on his families estate. In ideology, he falls more into the Sunlight Covenant way of thinking, even before he joined them. He is also able to stay reasonably positive, even in tough moments. He also has a strange way of being thrust into a leadership role, despite how young he is. His commanding officer put it best, "You just can't help, but bet on him."

While in the Sunlight Covenant way of thinking, Arthur himself is not an overly religious man. He believes that one should be good, and kind on principle, rather than because some god told him to do it. However, he doesn't hate people who believe in gods. He understands why it is needed, will not generally belittle people's beliefs. At least, in front of them. He generally tolerates other races, even the Heanta, but it takes a while to warm up to members of that race, specifically.

In regards to his family, Arthur, of course, cares for them deeply, but he understands that he doesn't need to look after them, as almost all of them can take care of themselves. On Gwen, however, he isn't sure what to think. He doesn't have a desire for revenge for Gwen killing their parents. But, he also cannot forgive him for it. Arthur is resolved to ask Gwen questions, and, if it leads to fight, he will not hold back.

Arthur, while fighting, is incredibly focused on ending the fight quickly. He is very serious as a result, and doesn't joke around, or get distracted easily. This is, mostly, due to the training he received from Jensen. Jensen drilled the way of fighting into Arthur's mind. Arthur also is incredibly stubborn, not giving up on a fight until he is knocked out, or killed. He can tell the difference between a real fight, and a sparring match, though.

Appearance: Arthur can be described as a young, handsome man, with white skin, messy, blonde hair, and warm, green eyes. He is almost always seen with a confidant smile on his face. He has a lithe, but muscular body due to his training.

Clothing: Arthur is most commonly seen wearing black breeches, a pair of black boots, a white undershirt, and a long, blue coat, with a white fur collar, buttoned up to his neck. The coat's sleeves are laced up, up to the upper arm, with white fur lining the inside, at the end near the hands. He also wears wears white, light plate as armor over that, in all the spots like in the picture above. He wears a blue mantle over his shoulders, with gold lining on the edges, and a short, white fur cape on his back. However, he is a human, so his outfit changes for formal, or relaxation. He wears his blades on his hips, one on each side.



General Fighting Tactics: Arthur is an incredibly fast, and crafty fighter, due to Jensen's training. His skill with his sword, Excalibur, is his main strength. He can use other weapons passably, but one handed swords are where his main focus is. Arthur is also very intelligent, and perceptive while fighting. His natural charisma also allows him to take command of situations more easily, and, most of the time, those he commands listen to him. Arthur can also bolster his allies, and seemingly bring hope in hopeless situations. Arthur is also very durable, able to tank most attacks well. His custom armor helps with that, obviously, but Arthur is also able to take a beating without it.

Description: Excalibur is a 4 ft long, double edged longsword, made of Divinium. There is not much information on the blade, only that a few warriors of the past have used it.

Name: Sun's Glory Type: Support Description: Excalibur, due to having something akin to a whim of it's own, only allows a few people to hold it. Arthur is one such person. To anyone else, the blade becomes incredibly hot, burning their hands to make the non-worthy wielder drop the sword.

Name: Sun's Barrier Type: Defensive Damage Category: Very Strong Description: Excalibur can create a barrier around it's wielder, capable of blocking most magical attacks. The barrier takes the appearance of a golden, shimmering light around Arthur, in an almost bubble shape. It can take up to a Very Strong damage, before it breaks. Duration/Cooldown: 2 post duration, 6 post cool-down

Name: Sun's Aegis Type: Defensive Description: Excalibur creates a round shield, made of sunlight energy on the wielders non-dominate arm. It is as hard as steel, but can be broken if hit hard enough. Duration/Cooldown: lasts for 4 posts, 2 post cool-down

Name: Concursum Aura (Rally Aura)
Type: Support
Damage Category: N/A
Description:  When Arthur chooses, he enters the "Rally" state. While he is in this state, allies around him are not as effected by negative emotions, like fear, anger, etc. The ability is a mental one and as such, varies in effectiveness from person to person, and also how they react. Some will become emboldened, and fight on with renewed strength. Some will be barely affected. When Arthur activates it, it spreads out in a dome, with an effective range of 15 feet around him. The affect will not last after they leave the dome. However, if they re-enter the dome, the ability will re-activate. Arthur also glows with a golden energy. It only affects people Arthur views as "allies". It lasts for 3 posts.

Description: Arthur can summon 10 arrows made out of the element of one of his blades, and they move as fast as a normal arrow.

History: Arthur was born as the fourth child to the Aurora family, a noble family in Mith Sylvandus. He was the second son, after his older brother, Gawain. Also in his family was his two older sisters, Gwen and Leona, and his younger sister, Lily. The Aurora family was well known in the land of Mondolin, as his father Uther was cousin to King Tormir of Mondolin. Though none in the family would want the throne. As the third son Arthur was not involved in the inner machinations of the family like Gawain was, being fourth in line to his father’s title. While Arthur was expected to become a Knight of Mondolin, he was allowed to pursue his own interests as his older sister had already begun training for a position in the organization. In fact, he was encouraged to do so by his two older siblings. Arthur, as many young boys in a noble setting do, turned to swordplay. He asked Gawain, and Gawain gave Arthur his old training blade. The blade was far too heavy for Arthur who struggled to pick it up, leading to Gawain falling off his seat laughing. Arthur trained himself to try and pick up the blade and, after some months of intensely trying, he eventually managed to do so. He was congratulated by Gawain. however, he and Gwen never really interacted, though Arthur cared for his older sister as much as he did any of the family.

Since Gawain was always busy and couldn’t really train him, he convinced Arthur’s older sister Leona to take over his basic training. This worked in both their favor, as Leona was training to be a knight and needed a training partner. She found time in her day after her own training to give Arthur lessons in swordplay, even though she was more interested in the lance. These were hard lessons, and Arthur pushed himself to truly learn everything Leona was teaching him. After a few years of hard work Arthur was ready. Having just turned ten he was allowed to join the Knights as a Page after going through some basic trials. The years as a page were hard, but very fulfilling for Arthur. He trained hard, as he knew he had more eyes on him, due to his family's name. He eventually found himself under the man who would become Arthur’s most influential teacher: Jensen Reinhart.

The old man saw a spark in the young man, and took it upon himself to give Arthur the tools to make him the best warrior he could be. Training under Jensen was an ordeal, as even with his advanced age Jensen could still completely dominate the younger swordsman. He pushed Arthur hard, never holding back or letting up, but the training paid off as by 15 Arthur was capable of defeating warriors twice his age.

When Arthur was 16, he took part in one of the Knights combat drills. However, his group were ambushed by bandits. In the resulting chaos, the Knight who was leading them was knocked out by a poorly shot arrow to the helmet. Arthur quickly took the reins, and managed to form the students into a defensive posture, until help arrived. When other's heard about what Arthur had done, it caused others to start talking to Arthur, which didn't bother him in the slightest.

A few years later, Arthur was on a mission for the Knights. He wasn’t a knight yet, so he was more patrolling than anything. Arthur enjoyed these moments, outside the city, away from the hustle and bustle of Mith Sylvandus. Taking a chance, he wandered away from the road, and wandered through a bit of forest land. After half an hour of walking, Arthur came across a small glade. It was a circle, with nothing but the brightest, most green grass Arthur had ever seen. In the middle of the glade, was a tree stump, and sticking out the trunk, was the handle of a blade. Arthur slowly walked to the trunk, and the closer he got, the warmer it seemed to get. Despite this, Arthur wasn't sweating. It was almost a warmth that his soul could feel. Arthur placed his hand on the handle, and a shock flew through him. Almost as if someone else was controlling it, Arthur's hand gripped the handle of the blade, and pulled it from the trunk, effortlessly. Holding it up to the sun, Arthur got lost to the design of the blade. After a few minutes, he noticed a strange weight on his hip, and looked to it. A scabbard had appeared on his hip, seemingly for the blade he had pulled out. A whisper entered his thoughts, and the name Excalibur was said to him. Arthur realized that was the name of the sword, and sheathed it. It fight perfectly on his hip, like it had been made specifically for him. Arthur breathed in, and let out a long breath. Before heading back to the city. After a few days, Arthur learned of the blades ability.

A few months later, Arthur learned that his parents had been murdered, and Gawain was now fully in charge of the Aurora Family, as per his father's will. A couple of days after the funeral, Gawain, and Leona told Arthur, and Lily what had happened. Gwen had killed their parents, and had almost killed Gawain, until Leona showed up, and backed up Gawain. Gwen had disappeared, and Gawain warned against hunting her down. the death of his parents shook Arthur, and eventually led to him not joining the Knights of Mondolin.

After everything that had happened to his family, Arthur left Mith Sylvandus, and made for the Order of the Sun. It took him some time, but he made it to Sunshield Hold with no real difficulties. Once there, he quickly joined with the Order, and became quick friends with Kairi Thorne, the lieutenant of the Military Division. After a year there, Arthur finally felt at home. It was also at this time that he met his half-brother, Nichol Shard, and, not sure if the young man could take the truth, lied about what had happened to their father.
